Sweet Chilli Pita Pizza

Sweet Chilli Pita Pizza


  • Pita bread
  • arra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • ½ a pear
  • Parmesan cheese (as much as desired)
  • Bocconcini (as many as desired)
  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • Olive oil


  1. Slice the pear thinly from top to bottom
  2. Brush olive oil on the pita
  3. Arrange the pear pieces onto the pita, and brush with any remaining oil
  4. Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan
  5. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 220° or until browned
  6. Add the prosciutto and bocconcini to the cooked pizza
  7. Pour Yarra Valley Hilltop Sweet Chilli sauce over the pizza, slice and enjoy!
