EASY TO MAKE
- 8 kiwi fruit. Peeled
- ¾ cups sugar
- ¾ cups our refreshing YVH Lemon Juice
- 1 L sparkling water, chilled
- Cut 2 kiwi into small pieces. Place in an ice cube tray and fill with water. Freeze.
- Place remaining kiwi into blender and process until a smooth pulp. Pour pulp through a strainer, discarding the pulp.
In a large pitcher, stir kiwi juice, lemon juice and sparkling water together. Then pour over kiwi ice cubes to serve.
